CHARLOTTE
Book illustration
Charlotte is almost seven years old and writes about her everyday life. She lives in a bohemian home surrounded by nature and a multicultural neighbourhood where people coexist respectfully and supportively. Charlotte shares her home with her mother, father, two siblings, a dog, and a cat. For her, adult prejudices do not exist, and she tries to understand the world with surprising maturity, questioning the meaning of death, showing interest in just causes, rebelling against adult rules, and arguing her own criteria.
Charlotte is an emotional story about family, coexistence, and solidarity. It is a brief tale filled with love and wisdom, exploring themes of justice, the meaning of life, and death from the perspective of childhood.
